Black rubbish sacks left by recycling bins since the big household rubbish bins have been removed. These are ripped open and rubbish is all over the road.

Sent to Gloucester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9547447.
The big rubbish bins have been removed behind the Art Wall in Kimbrose Way. Black rubbish sacks are left by the recycling bins every day and gulls are ripping them open. Food waste is now scattered all over the road once again. Can we please have the big bins back to reduce this awful health hazard.
