Litter picking bags at this location ready for collection

Sent to Gloucester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9356262.

I reported this onsite earlier but it is not appearing on the map. There are bags of litter, recycling and a small ubico bag which contains a used needle sealed in a plastic bottle. There is also a tent we mainly fitted in a bag and a metal ramp.
