4 rubbish bags and pillows have appeared outside my flat in the past 3 days. I am a resident in flat 1, and don’t believe it to be my neighbours within flat 1 as I have witnessed that we use our bin sacs for waste. Concerned after receiving letters as it’s clear that we may end up with responsibility of getting rid despite having no part. recycling boxes have been filled for weeks and I do believe that a partial problem could be public use of them during the day.

    Waste is now spread across our street. Berkeley street has cctv owned by the council facing this corner, whoever is dumping waste will be caught several times. Believe this person has been fly tipping for months as the bins we had previously were always filled far quicker than residents were producing waste.
