The rubbish and recycling bins have been dumped by the Maintenance staff for the building next door outside 10 Norfolk Street. Staff member openly admitted to doing so as ‘fed up’ with dealing with rubbish. Bins are now overflowing and attracting even more fly tipping to the area.
