Reported another fly tip outside the same property last week. You quickly responded and cleared that. Now have dirty nappies; meat, broken glass and litter scattered by rats, seagulls and the wind. All originated outdsde no.39. Could the team that come out bring a broom please because of all the broken glass. This is not only unsigjtly but a health hazard.
