Motorist was repeatedly flicking their cigarette out of the car window. They then discarded the cigarette onto the public road through the open car window. Vehicle was a red Suzuki Sift

  • We've passed the information to our Enviro Crime team, who aim to begin their initial investigation within 2 working days. If required, we'll ask Ubico who provide this service on behalf of Gloucester City Council to remove the fly-tip, also within 2 working days.
