One of the fixing bolts for the bridge on the climbing frame has completely come away (Kompan equipment)

We’ve passed this on to Ubico, who provide this service on behalf of Gloucester City Council. They’ll assess the issue based on the information provided and aim to repair or replace within 20 working days. If the damage is considered dangerous, they’ll aim to make it safe within 1 working day.
