Sent to Gloucester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9018571.

Hello, there is a red Clio that sees to have been abandoned in a state of disrepair. This car shows no tax or MOT. It likes like it’s been in an accident. The car is parked opposite Barkston heath junction. I think the post code is GL2 2EE
