Recycling all up the road

It is gradually getting worse and worse. Every week more recycling is dropped. I have seen and watched them drop it off lorry and just leave it. We live by a stream and it is blowing into the water. It is a mess. And worst of all it is in front of our house and isn’t even our recycling! Pictures are of a small section. But it is the whole road!!
