Reported via desktop in the Flytipping (saw it happen and will provide details) category anonymously at 12:02, Wednesday 18 February 2026

Sent to Gloucester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8946283.

Member of the public, Joshua 07960 661283 (happy to be called) saw two men using a white Renault van, AY66 ULK, dumping about 20 bags of what looked to be dirty insulation material into our clothing banks in the Morrisons car park, We are clearing the waste but if you can do anything about the offenders: they work for F&M Plumbing & Heating.

Updates

  • We've passed the information to our Enviro Crime team, who aim to begin their initial investigation within 2 working days. If required, we'll ask Ubico who provide this service on behalf of Gloucester City Council to remove the fly-tip, also within 2 working days.

We appreciate your help in keeping Gloucester clean and safe.
