Bags of rubble on pavement

This looks like several bags of building rubble that has been left in the Close, behind a house on Church Lane.

It is on the pavement, and I’m concerned that anyone seeing it will consider adding to it. It has been there for several weeks.

The attached photo was taken from my bedroom window, I didn’t see whoever it was who left it there.
