Another overflowing Litter/Dog waste bin near 'The Oaks'

This one is at the entrance of The Oaks Open Spaces playing field/play park. Another one is at the end of this path near Abbeymead Avenue. An overflowing bin was reported just about three days ago and was emptied the very next day. I would have thought while they were there the other, close by, bins would have been checked. It would have saved another report being raised.
