Sent to Gloucester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8842118.

We are having a massive problem with rats nesting in this vegetation and creating a substantial food safety hazard for our facility (ice cream factory).

  • Ubico investigated the location of the overgrown vegetation or hedges and confirmed that it does not fall under the responsibility of Gloucester City Council. The area may instead be managed by Gloucestershire County Council, Gloucester City Homes, or another relevant landowner or organisation. We recommend contacting the appropriate authority to ensure the matter is addressed.
