This car has been left on the street for weeks where parking for local residents can be tricky. The car has been left to rot with a cover over the front. Presumably it is not road worthy with some sort of front end damage. No idea who the owner is and it's been there a long time.

To provide an update, it seems a very interesting coincidence that the car has been moved the very same day that this report was filled. It has gone atleast for now. Thank you
