Sent to Gloucester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8822297.

Car hasn't moved in over a year. Covered in mould and weeds, debris building up around it. Car is untaxed and has not had an MOT for nearly 2 years, so isn't being used. Is taking up valuable parking space in a busy estate
