Tenants outside 29 Ashgrove Ave are not sorting their waste correctly so refuge collection are unable to collect . The waste is being blown around the street and into neighbouring gardens. This is causing a nuisance to elderly residents and causing rodents. Can the owners be asked to clear the area and have it sorted correctly so future collection are collected.
