Persistent dog fouling and failing to clean up

Sent to Gloucester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8639925.

As the field is being used by more dog walkers and people employed as dog walkers people are now walking in larger groups and are not paying attention to their dogs fouling. Today I complained to a group of women chatting beside their cars whilst one dog was fouling on the field not being watched. I informed these people who sarcastically replied thank you for letting them know. No intention of removing the poo and carried on chatting. This is the same large group that appears around the same time around 9:45 weekdays. I'm witnessing this most days now as the field is being used more because of the development on Blackbridge. More professional dog walkers bigger groups. I myself have dogs and it is getting worse also terrible for sports and families using this field. Around 14:30 large group walkers appear again.
