Road work barriers abandoned

Sent to Gloucester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8628757.

For some time now there have been plastic road works barriers & traffic cones on a path leading from near 73, The Causeay (Quedgeley) towards the canal. At the end of that path there is a ditch of water and 2 of these traffic barriers have been thrown into the water. The What 3 Words reference is ///herds.fantastic.rate
