There is a very large oak tree in a copse in front of my house they branches are overhanging. The copse is owned by the Gloucester city council therefore the council have legal obligation to be responsible for the trees on the land they own. I feel the tree is becoming a danger to my property and need someone form the council to come and have at look st it- 20 Highclere Road, Gloucester, GL2 4HD
