Thank you for reporting the damaged bin. We appreciate your help in keeping our city clean. We’ve passed this on to Ubico, who provide this service on behalf of Gloucester City Council. They’ll assess the issue based on the information provided and aim to repair or replace the bin within 20 working days. If the damage is considered dangerous, they’ll aim to make it safe within 1 working day.
