Rubbish left on road.

Sent to Gloucester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 7857718.

This morning the black bins were collected along our road, however they drop faeces and dirty nappies on the road then proceeded to drive over it on the way out. It now stinks in this heat.
