Fly-tipping next to the Clothes Bank

Sent to Gloucester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 10030794.

There are bags of clothes again next to the clothes bank. The clothes bank is not emptied any longer as the company is defunct. Thank you for picking up the last lot so promptly. I will put a sign on to hopefully deter people not to leave bags of clothes. We have contacted the local councillor about this. The position of the clothes bank is just inside Oxstalls Way. Thank you.
