End of Pochard Close Quedgeley Hedges, Shrubs and tress overgrown onto the public road causing obstruction. This area should be used for residents to place their rubbish and recycling bins. The obstruction also causes issues for the collection vans on collection days. This all Needs cutting back ASAP. This has been a long standing issue
